Todo el que infrinja esta norma será sancionado según lo indica el Reglamento de Tránsito

ATTT: only drivers with operating permit or certificate may provide the transport service

The Panama Land Transit and Transportation Authority (ATTT) through a statement indicated that it will not allow public transportation service to drivers who do not have the appropriate permits for it.
Citizens are informed that in order to provide the public passenger transport service, in any of its modalities, they must have the proper operating certificate or permit issued by the Transit and Land Transportation Authority, as established by the laws that regulate public passenger transportation in Panama (Law 14 of 1993, Law 34 of 1999 and Law 42 of 2007) and their respective regulations, the statement said.

Anyone who violates this rule will be sanctioned with the infraction contained in Article 241 (No. 34) and 250 of the Traffic Regulations (piracy).
