Colón remains in total quarantine for the weekend
The Governor of Colón, Irasema de Dale reported that the total quarantine measure over the weekend is maintained in that province, with the intention of minimizing or limiting COVID-19 cases.
For the province of Colón, the total quarantine is maintained on Saturday and Sunday and the curfew from Monday to Friday from 7:00 pm, said de Dale.
He expressed that the only way to suspend the measure will depend on the behavior of the citizens.
With the opening of new economic activities starting next Monday, September 7, the Governor of Colón indicated that citizens will see, if they comply with the provisions of the Ministry of Health, such as the use of masks, constant hand washing with soap and water, alcoholic gel and social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
