New restrictive measures implemented in various sectors of the country

In the provinces of Bocas del Toro, Darién and in the Ngäbe-Buglé region, no restrictive measures were implemented due to the low contagion rate.
The Minister of Health of Panama, Luis Francisco Sucre, announced the new mobility measures that will be implemented at the national level.

After the permanent and constant increase in COVID-19 cases, as of June 21, Panama Oeste, the Pacora sector in Panama East, and all the townships of Panama Norte (Ernesto Córdoba Campos, Chilibre, Alcalde Díaz, and Las Cumbres), will have a curfew from 10:00 pm to 4:00 am from Monday to Sunday, so shops must close at 9:00 pm.
