Complaints that have been presented against the Ministry of Health ( Minsa ), the Ministry of Education ( Meduca ) and the National Border Service ( Senafront ) for the possible violation of Human Rights, were admitted by the Ombudsman's Office during a tour of the community of Jaqué, in the province of Darién.

The Ombudsman's Office informs that the complaint against the Minsa is related to the lack of dental medical personnel in the Community Health Center, this despite having all the medical supplies to provide due care, against which the patients from the 11 communities must resort to traditional medicine or travel about 18 hours by boat to Panama City.

Regarding the complaint filed against Meduca, the Ombudsman's Office explains that it has to do with the possible violation of the right to quality education, because the technology equipment of the Marco Medina General Basic Education Center is damaged, compared to which the student population of this school has to pay a foreign company to receive Internet service.

On the other hand, it indicates that the conviction against Senafront is related to the possible violation of due process.
